Here, electric drives are tested using simulated real-world conditions.
Parallel testing of 3 drives
Rotor measurement for drives
In the test bench, the individual magnetic fields of the rotor are measured and recorded while the rotor is in motion.
Measurement of the drive rotor’s individual magnetic fields
Development test bench for gas sensors (air quality sensors)
In the development test bench, gas sensors can be exposed to a gas mixture and tested. For this purpose, the desired gas compositions are specified via the operating software and set via the gas mixing station.

Concentrations from ppm to %
Mobile test bench for the development of gas boilers
The mobile heating circuit module can be used as a single module or combined with existing test benches. It can be operated as either temperature or volume controlled. This simulates the heating behaviour in a building under different load conditions.
1kW to 55kW
+20°C to +90°C
up to 3bar
1l/min to 120l/min
Mobile test bench for simulating potable water modules in heating systems
The mobile potable water module can be used as a single module or combined with existing test benches. It simulates the behaviour of a tapping point in line with standards or customer specifications in order to generate different load conditions in heating systems. Various metrics are recorded and volume flows are set either manually or automatically.
+20°C to +60°C
up to 10bar
1l/min to 30l/min
Electrical height adjustment of a DN200 measuring tube with integrated dynamic seal for nozzle tests
The tube can be extended or retracted up to 1.3m with an electric lifting spindle and sealed with a dynamic seal for the variable connection of test objects. The height adjustment is controlled via a manual control terminal which can be integrated into the control panel.
