Testing technology / devices

The highest quality for your professional needs

Measuring and testing devices are essential for quality control in development and production systems. Because high-quality products require flawless metrological technologies.

We develop and manufacture semi-automatic and fully automatic test equipment for the efficient quality control of specified dimensions and functions on individual parts and assemblies. Our testing devices correspond to the latest technology, are equipped with precise sensors and are specially developed to meet your requirements.

Our testing devices
  • Measurement adapters, test interfaces
  • Master components, reference components
  • Test benches
  • Mounting device
  • Mounting frames and plates
  • Test equipment – simple or complex – such as a device for materials tests on membranes or a test bench with an ethanol pressure vessel for material testing machines

Project examples: Testing devices

Electric testing plug

The electrical test plug is used for production-level PDU acceptance testing.

Use in HV

Pneumatic locking of the plug

Mechanical test plugs

The adapters are used in the acceptance testing of the designated modules. They are compact and easy to use.

Media adaptation between the test item and acceptance test bench

Tensioner and media chamber for pressurising material samples

The test gas is applied to the test item in the tensioner and the desired measured variables for permeation, diffusion or sorption can be determined via pressure changes.

Hydrogen

-70°C to +180°C

max. 875bar H2

Special sealing and pressure technology

Test items with a measurement area of 50cm²

Equipment for determining material parameters in dynamic tensile tests under media influence

The media chamber is used in an inertisation chamber and adapted with a material testing machine. The tensile tests are carried out in the media chamber and can be observed through the viewing window and/or illuminated externally.

all manner of liquid fuels
