Testing system for pre-assembly as well as testing of series components in fuel cell systems

The following functions of a series component are tested via the testing system: valve function, pressure test, gross leakage test, internal and external leakage test with helium, temperature sensors, heating function, determination of the Kv value, pressure reduction.

Automated leak detection system

The test system is used to determine the helium leakage rate on a water separator equipped with an integrated heating valve. For this purpose, the test item is integrated into the system, covered with a hood and pressurised with helium.

Measuring device for spatially-resolved material characterisation of PEM – MEA

Device for measurements and optimisations on PEM membranes and their components such as GDL. The non-destructive measurement of small areas of a membrane can be carried out freely on any size membrane / GDL at pressures up to 4 bar and temperatures up to 90°C without the need for any additional provisions. Areas of application for this device are development, production and damage analysis.
