Test bench for process valves with SIP media

With this testing system, the closing and opening behaviour of three valves can be tested simultaneously. In this endurance test bench, tests are carried out on the service life of different media valves using a cyclic change of test media (steam / water) including (deliberately) resulting steam and water-based hydraulic shock (water hammer).

Test bench for process valves with CIP media

With this test bench up to three valves or other components can be tested regarding the penetration behaviour of process media in media-separating constructions. The resulting flushability with flushing medium can then also be tested.

Endurance test bench with water

In the two test systems, the closing and opening behaviours of up to eleven valves can be tested under operational conditions. Among other things, hydraulic shock (water hammer) is introduced in different cycles in order to test the process valves until the component fails.
